Forever Sand Castle

I found this recipe for a forever sand castle in a magazine and the kids and i made it with the sand we had collected at Golf Shores Beach when we visitted Dad over 5 years ago. It turned out pretty good--it matches our theme in the kids bathroom .They got a kick out of it. =)

Lovin'on FRED FRED

As you can see Fred is adored at our house by All. He is soo tolerable of 2 toddlers running around as you can see its more like wrestling with fred, and giving Fred a new Do. The kids are great at taking care of his grooming too--we put him in the shower with them and they suds him all up and get him all clean--how easy is that? What a Dog!!

My Birthday Card from Scott reads "Your Youth has Left The Building" Gotta laugh but last i heard 21 is still youthful right? hahahaha!!

HELLO KITTY-Goodbye DIAPERS!!!

Ava is officially potty trained. What worked was Hello Kitty potty chart and underwear. She is using every potty in northern CA now--haha. Now we are not complaining. Going to the potty is now a form of exercise for us parents who have to search and find the nearest potty. In fact i carry the little portable one in the back of my car--since as we know some parks do not have restrooms. Scott thought this was soo silly- but since girls will not pee anywhere but on a potty-he now agrees that it is necessary. Haha. Congratulations Ava!!!

Easter Fun

The kids enjoyed a few egg hunts, silly string and frogs sticky frogs. They got these sticky frogs in their Easter baskets and Aideb figured out that they stick to the ceiling--so we all had bets which ones would fall first . Also had a picnic at the lake saturday and got to feed ducks too. Hope you all had a wonderful Easter!
