Just a walk down memory lane to remind how much Aiden has grown up. He has been a firecracker from day one keepin'us on our toes. He's is our strong willed child , full of personality and love, fireball of energy, that just keep surprising us everyday. We've been through alot together and wouldn't change a thing. You make us smile everyday. This is from a card we got when Aiden was born--the words ring true...

As a tribute to our little guy i just want to touch on all the special things each year had brought thus far:
The FIRST YEAR was full of firsts for all of us.. Many airplane rides around the house for the first 4 months when you were soo colicky. You loved to throw punches with your fists like a little boxer when you were crying. Also you loved the water from your first swim and couldn't get enough of your jumper. You even jumped poop out the bottom of it once--squish squish---yucky! You liked to drink your milk and didn't care too much about trying food yet . The potato drawer was a place you frequented...pulling all the contents out and getting in to play. You were crawling at 6 months, walking behind stuff at 7 mo and you took off walking a few weeks before you hit one. Not much for being held once you became mobile.
The ONES brought a new walking a running boy that loved to climb. You fell in love with rocks and snails. You loved to smash them in your hands and play in the dirt. You loved playing with dump trucks and riding on your your train. Baby Einstein always made you smile. You were blessed with a baby sister--whom didn't seem to be too much interest to you yet. You said one words-like rocks-tree-truck--outdoor stuff was interesting to you. You loved the pool and the boat already. Around 23 months your speech exploded into everything. You were most interested in tools and being in the garage with Dad.
The TWOS transitioned you into a boy that says what he wants repeating everything you say. You are soo attached to your monkey this year--carrying everywhere when you are sleepy.On the go all the time--jumping and running and playing outside are your favorite things. You had the time of your life at Deer Camp this year. You have been talking about it ever since. You made us so proud using the potty standing up at 2 1/2 when you were ready overnight it seemed. Taking pride in being a big boy and learning to be a big brother and play with "Sissie" as you call her. She's your new best buddy. Riding your bike and your electric quad are your new hobbies..look out world....

The THREES so far have brought a little boy who asks why now. Wanting to know how everything works.. gonna be a fixer like Dad. You are at the "why" and "how come " stage--you just have to find out why and what.. A little chatterbox these days..You have a new pal Fred-your dog--whom you take pride in walking on the leash and sleeping in your bed. You don't like when Ava is sleeping or napping since you want to play with her...you also are a little helper around the house now.Can't wait to see what all this year has to brings.
