It was once said that "you should live each day as your last". Never having regrets about what may have passed before you grabbed hold of it. May we share our family experiences through this blog and the love we are so lucky to endure each day.

Just having fun!

Just a few pics from the week. Aiden is having fun running around the house in his cowboy hat and diaper. Kaylie and Noah hold Ava during our pizza and movie night on wednesday. Aiden takes a swing in the baby swing--which by the way is off- limits to him- he snuck into it. Scott and Aiden chill on the floor. Ava and i pose for a mother-daughter phot while we are out to breakfast the other day.
Stockton Childrens Museum

We visitted the Stockton Childrens museum. It was alot of fun and all hands-on stuff for kids. Aiden had a blast checking everything out. They had everything from a craft room with everything imaginable for kids to make something, a real firetruck, ambulance, school bus, a cop car and police motorcycle, John Deer tractor, real skeleton and bones to play with, a face painting station, and a flushable toilet and shower and refridgerator to dig in. Lots to explore. Ava was along for the ride too. She slept in her carseat in the stroller.
Ava Amelia Bilyeu is born!!!

Ava Amelia Bilyeu was born on October 16, 2008 at 908 am. Weight: 8 pounds 10 ounces Length:20.5 inches Long. After a rapid delivery Ava was born and we were blessed with our first daughter. She is such a good baby already. Aiden is still not sure what to think, he likes to look at her and check her out still. They will be buddies before too long i am sure. We are having fun dressing her up in all the girlie stuff....

Deer Camp 2008

We visited the notorious deer camp this year. Every year the Bilyeu family and many friends camp in the Stanislaus National Forest in hopes to score a buck during their time there. We went up for the weekend to give Aiden the whole experience. It was only 36 degrees while we were there- FRIGID! Although we slept inside Roy's camper- it was cold outside during the day. Here are a few photos of us hiking around with Aiden in his car. I even went on the 2 hour hunt with the guys and Aiden in the backseat of the truck on the bumpy rode. Hoping it might get some labor started- which by the way was not successful. No deer were spotted on our ride out either unfortunately for the guys, but they did score a quail on the outing.

On September 1 , 2008 we lost a member of our family , our prescious cat Oscar, who died suddenly after being attacked by some dogs down the street. He was born in February of 2001, and was adopted by me at just 4 weeks of age. He traveled cross-country to Ca with me by car and has been with me through alot. He had a unique personality. He loved eating fancy feast everyday and liked to drink only running water in our bathroom when we'd turn it on for him. Also he loved to go outside and explore. He leaves behind his friend Foo Foo, who put up with him since they met, haha , and will not be the same for him either as the lone cat now. Oscar also enjoyed gathering hairties and carrying them all over the house and also taunting FooFoo by placing one in his food bowl, which FooFoo would not eat from until we removed it. He lived a happy life and will be greatly missed around the Bilyeu household and by all who knew him.
We went to the Del Rossi Pumpkin Patch in Tracy today, a tradition we started last year. They had all sorts of fun stuff for kids. Aiden particularly liked the corn maze and the petting zoo. Scott got a kick out of the snorting pigs.. LOL.. Aiden loved holding the litle rabbit and the duck as you can see in the pictures.
