Weigh-In. and Shots

Today both kids had their well baby checkups and some shots they were due for. Ava is now 7 months and weighs in at 16 lbs 13 oz and is now 28 inches long. Aiden had his 2 year visit and weighs 28.5 lbs and is 34.5 inches tall now.. My how they are growing. They both check out as healthy and thriving.... The doctor wanted to know if Aiden did all his 2 year old milestones--and asked if he was climbing--and i told him he was ahead on this task.. he can climb anything now... Watch out!! He is saying lots of words and a few words together now. He is all excited to point out everything he sees throughout the day now--Truck, garbage truck, car, tree, doggie, snails( these are his favorite), worms, seashells, etc. He is really talking now since the last time any of the Devers have seen him. You'll be able to see a huge change next month on our beach trip.

Ava is rolling all over now and starting to push up with her arms more. Won't be long before she is crawling around.She is a wiggle worm when you hold her- she like to be moving on the floor now. She can also stand on her legs and walk forward when you help her. She is getting very strong. The doctor said she is right in the middle for her weight and very long for her age. She might take after all the tall people in the family.

Rolly Poly..

Ava is rolling all around now- almost 7 months in a few days. She is sitting up now too and trying to push forward on her stomach a little now. Check out hr latest video..

Ava on the Train.. Choo Choo!!

Ava was checking out the ever popular train in our house. Aiden was gonna give her a ride on it, but it must need charged- since the battery was dead. Next time. She did pretty well sitting up on it though. Choo Choo!!

Aiden the Camera Man....

I was teaching Aiden to use the camera and he took these pictures on his first photo shoot. Not bad other than a few cut-off heads. He got all excited when the picture went off. Pretty soon he will be a pro at it.

I was feeding my little sweetheart Ava on the beanbag. I had to post these picture since she is my little doll. Isn't she cute? We were having fun eating peaches while Aiden was napping...One- on -One time is always hard to come by with these 2! Happy Mothers Day All!!
