Scott took Aiden up to the mountains for the yearly traditional Bilyeu hunting trip. They had such great memories this year. Aiden really got into it. He rode along in the back of the truck for all the hunts with Scott and his dad, three generations of Bilyeu boys. He had the time of his life--i think this kid was born to be an outdoors man. He helped collect the quail and squirrels after they were shot and put them in the back of the truck. Also he saw one of the guys bring a deer into camp too. There were also bear hunters that brought by a dead bear to show everybody. Aiden also had fun roasting marsh mellows around the campfire with the guys at night. He also took up his new QUAD that Roy bought him--and this kid can off road already!! I'll post some videos.. he loved riding that thing around so much- he ran the batteries out every day. THANKS GRANDPA BILYEU for the awesome gift!! This will be something the guys look forward to every year to come.. a great bonding experience for all of them. I even went up one night just to stay overnight with Ava and roast some marsh mellows with the guys. Then Ava and i enjoyed some girlie time at home alone.=)

AREN'T GRANDMAS THE BEST!!!

Just some pictures of my mom's recent visit to see us. We had an eventful time going to the park, celebrating Ava's 1 year birthday, and even throwing a huge garage sale.... Which was a success thanks to all that helped: mom, Aunt Nancy and uncle Ron... Thanks mom for cooking the food for the party and making everything a success... We had a great visit--and hopefully you'll be back again before the end of the year.... The kids miss having you around and definitely enjoyed all the time you spent here. =) Also thanks for the HUGE suitcase of girl clothes you brought along for miss Ava... She will be dressed to a T next summer--and she is already wearing some of the stuff!! THANKS MOM!!!

Ava's First Birthday!

We celebrated Ava's first birthday with a Halloween theme party at the house. It was soo much fun. Some dressed up--even uncle Ron--who was a hula dancer.haha We had mummy cupcakes and mummydogs for the kids to eat. Also we played the Mummy wrap--which was a big hit. Ava even had fun in the big bouncy house with mom and Dad. She looked so cute in her little pink Tutu. Can't believe she is turning 1 already!! This crazy year has flown by. Guess we survived the 1st year of having 2 kids- 19 months apart.. Lets toast to one more... =)
